About Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande

Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, usually called Pichon Comtesse or Pichon Lalande, is a Second Growth of Pauillac facing Château Pichon Baron across the road and bordering Saint-Julien. It was run for many years by May-Eliane de Lencquesaing and has been owned by the Champagne house Louis Roederer since 2007.

It is known for wines of charm and finesse, with more Merlot than most Pauillacs.
