These terms apply when you buy gold coins or fine wine from Nokesbridge Ltd, Castle Hill House, 12 Castle Hill, Windsor SL4 1PD (company no. 16632846).
1. Your account and identity checks
Every client must upload photo ID and proof of address, which we review before an order is released. You must be 18 or over.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Investment gold is VAT-free; wine is priced in bond. You can pay by card or by bank transfer within 5 working days.
3. Delivery and collection of gold
Gold is sent by insured delivery (£10 + VAT per order) or collected from our Windsor office by appointment.
4. Wine held in bond
Wine is held in your name at Wine Tunnels. Storage and related charges are paid directly to Wine Tunnels under their own terms.
5. Buybacks and selling
Gold buybacks are priced at 2% below the market gold price, subject to our approval, and paid 5–7 working days after approval.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation rights for goods whose price depends on financial market movements may differ from other purchases.
