About Angelus

Château Angélus, owned by the de Boüard de Laforest family for generations, takes its name from the Angelus bell, heard from three churches around its vineyard; the bell appears on its label. It was promoted to Premier Grand Cru Classé “A” in 2012 and in 2022 chose to leave the Saint-Émilion classification.
